Homeowner demand, in the ZIP codes you work.
Tell us your trades, your area, and how many you can handle a week. You will see exactly what counts as a billable unit, and exactly what you can send back, before you commit to anything.
Request access Two minutes. No payment, no contract, no call.
Defined
The full definition of a billable unit is on this page, before you apply. The same terms for every buyer.
Creditable
Wrong ZIP, dead number, renter, duplicate: credited inside a stated window. What is not a credit is written down too.
Homeowner submitted
They completed the form themselves and agreed to be contacted. Never incentivized, never filled in on their behalf.
Capped by you
Your ZIP codes, your weekly ceiling, your product, your price. No retainer and no minimum term.
If you have bought leads before
- They are aged, and everybody else has already called.
- Every unit reaches you within five minutes of the homeowner submitting it, and never as a duplicate of one we already sent you.
- Half the numbers are dead.
- A disconnected number, or a person who is not the homeowner named on the inquiry, is a written return reason with a stated window.
- I have no proof they agreed to be called.
- Each inquiry stores the exact consent sentence the homeowner agreed to, a cryptographic hash of that text, the page it appeared on, and the time they agreed. Available to you for any unit you buy.
- The terms changed after I signed.
- The definition is versioned. The one you read below is the one stored with your declaration, and changing it means publishing a new version rather than editing the one you agreed to.
- I paid for leads that were never going to buy from anyone.
- You are paying for a unit that meets the definition, not for a sale. So the definition is where the argument happens, before you buy: it says what makes a unit billable, what gets credited, and what does not. A consumer who chose someone else is not a credit, and we say that on the page rather than in a dispute.

- We review it Whether you are a real business working in a service area we can place, buying a product we offer. If something needs clarifying we ask you in writing.
- We come to you with an offer When we can supply your area at a volume worth your time. Price, capacity and terms in writing, before anything is delivered.
- You accept, and delivery starts Inside the limit you agreed, in your area, against the definition you read in step 6.
Straight answers
Are these shared with other contractors?
Shared leads go to you and at most two others, and to nobody after the first hour. Everything else on the list is yours alone: exclusive leads are never resold or aged, a call is transferred to one contractor, and an appointment is booked for one. It is in the definition of each, not a verbal assurance, and a breach of it is a credit.
What do you charge?
Price depends on the trade, the product and the volume, and it is confirmed in writing before delivery starts. Nothing is charged when you submit this form, and you can decline the price when you see it.
What if a unit does not meet the definition?
You send it back for credit, on the terms in step 6. The return reasons and the window are written down before you buy anything.
How fast do I get them?
Within five minutes of the homeowner submitting the inquiry, or of the appointment being confirmed. Speed is part of the definition rather than a service promise made beside it.
Do I have to talk to anyone to get started?
No call is required to apply or to be reviewed. If we need something from you we will ask in writing, and you can answer the same way.
Can I change my area or my weekly cap later?
Yes. Email us and we will change it. Nothing is delivered outside the area and the ceiling you have agreed.
Am I locked in?
No. There is no retainer, no setup fee and no minimum term, so there is nothing to cancel except future delivery. Stop whenever you like and you are billed only for units already delivered.
