Privacy Policy
Last updated September 8, 2026
This site is operated by Tempered Technologies LLC, trading as Forevenza ("we", "us"). We are a marketing company. We identify emerging consumer needs and connect consumers with independent, licensed providers who can serve them. We are not a provider in any category: we do not perform the work, and we do not adjust insurance claims.
This policy explains what we collect, why, and who we give it to. It applies to this website and to the calls, texts and emails that follow from it.
What we collect
Information you give us
The questions we ask depend on the category. Our only active category today is roofing, where a storm has been reported near your area, and there we collect:
- Your name, phone number and email address
- Your property address, including ZIP code
- Whether you own the home, and the property type
- What damage you are reporting, and whether you have homeowners insurance
- When you prefer to be contacted
- Whether you checked the consent box, and the exact consent language shown to you
If your ZIP code has no recent storm activity, we do not show you the form. If you ask to be notified when that changes, we collect only your email address and ZIP code. We do not ask for your phone number on that path and we do not call or text you about it.
Information collected automatically
- Your IP address and browser user agent
- The page address you arrived on, and the site that referred you
-
Advertising parameters in that address, such as campaign tags
(
utm_source,utm_campaign) and advertising click identifiers (for examplegclidfrom Google orfbclidfrom Meta) - The date and time you submitted, and the ZIP code you checked
Storage in your browser
We store the address you first arrived on in your browser's session storage so your submission is attributed to the right advertisement. It is cleared when you close the tab. We do not use advertising cookies of our own on this site. Third parties described below may set their own.
TrustedForm
We use TrustedForm, a service of ActiveProspect, Inc., to document that you completed this form and saw the consent language. When you load this page, TrustedForm creates a certificate that records your interaction with the page, including your keystrokes and mouse movement within the form, the page as it was displayed to you, and the time you spent on it. It does not record what you type into other tabs or applications.
We retain that certificate as evidence of your consent, and we may provide it to a provider, a lead marketplace, a regulator or a court to demonstrate that consent was given. ActiveProspect's handling of that certificate is governed by its own privacy policy at activeprospect.com/privacy-policy.
How we use and share your information
We share the information you submit with licensed providers in your area so they can contact you about your request. In the roofing category that means roofing contractors offering an inspection or quote. We may do this directly or through a lead marketplace that routes your request. Those providers are independent businesses. Once your information reaches them, their use of it is governed by their own privacy practices, not by this policy.
We also use your information to:
- Check whether your ZIP code had recent hail or wind activity
- Verify that the information you gave us is complete and plausible
- Keep records of your consent and of the contact that followed
- Measure which advertisements produce useful requests
- Comply with the law and respond to legal process
We do not sell your information to the public, to data brokers, or for purposes unrelated to the request you submitted.
Consent to calls and texts
If you checked the consent box, you gave prior express written consent for Forevenza, a brand of Tempered Technologies LLC, to contact you at the number you provided, including by automated technology, under the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act and the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act. That consent runs to Forevenza, a brand of Tempered Technologies LLC. It is not a condition of purchasing anything.
Sharing your information with a provider is described above and is separate from that consent. A provider that contacts you is responsible for its own compliance with those laws.
How to stop hearing from us
- Text messages: reply STOP to any message.
- Calls: tell the caller to place you on the do-not-call list, or email us.
- Email: use the unsubscribe link, or email us.
- Everything, or to reach us about anything in this policy: email privacy@forevenza.com or write to 8 The Green STE B, Dover, DE 19901.
We honor opt-out requests for our own contact. A provider that already received your information is a separate business, and you may need to ask them directly as well. Tell us if one does not stop, and we will pass it on.
How long we keep it
- Consent records and TrustedForm certificates: at least five years. Claims under the TCPA and the FTSA can be brought years after the fact, and the record is what answers them.
- Your request and contact details: for as long as needed to service the request and to keep our business records, then deleted or de-identified.
- Notification signups: until you unsubscribe, or until the request is stale.
- Suppression records: we keep enough information about an opt-out to keep honoring it. That record outlives the deletion of everything else, because deleting it would let us contact you again.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to get a copy of it, to correct it, to have it deleted, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. You may not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
California
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, our disclosure of your information to providers and lead marketplaces in exchange for payment is a "sale" of personal information. The categories we sell or share are identifiers (name, address, phone, email, IP address), commercial information (your request and its answers), and internet activity (how you reached this page).
To opt out, email privacy@forevenza.com with the subject line Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with proof of authorization. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.
Other states
Residents of other states with comprehensive privacy laws, including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas and Oregon, have similar rights and can exercise them at the same address. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our response, and you may contact your state attorney general.
Making a request
Email privacy@forevenza.com from the address you submitted, or include the phone number and ZIP code you gave us, so we can find your record and confirm it is yours. We will respond within the time your state's law requires, normally 45 days.
Security, children, and changes
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. This site is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be described here rather than made silently.
