These terms govern your use of this website, operated by Tempered Technologies LLC, trading as Forevenza ("we", "us"). By using the site or submitting the form, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

What this service is

We are a marketing company. We identify emerging consumer needs from real-world signals and pass requests you submit to independent, licensed providers who can serve them. Our only active category today is roofing, where we check whether recent hail or damaging wind was reported near your ZIP code before showing you a request form.

We are not a provider in any category. We do not perform the work, we do not adjust insurance claims, and we do not employ, supervise or control the providers who contact you. Any agreement for work is between you and that provider. We are not a party to it and we are not responsible for their work, pricing, licensing, insurance, timeliness or conduct. You are responsible for verifying a provider's license and insurance before hiring them.

What our signals mean

Where we use a real-world signal to decide whether to show you an experience, that signal describes conditions in an area and not a determination about you or your property. In the roofing category, our storm data is derived from products published by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration and the National Weather Service, including radar-derived hail size estimates and reported wind events. It describes conditions reported near your ZIP code.

It is not a determination that your individual property was damaged, and an inactive result is not a determination that it was not. Radar estimates can be wrong in both directions, and a storm can damage one roof and leave the next one untouched. Only an inspection can tell you the condition of your roof.

What you agree to

• The information you submit is accurate, and it is yours to give.
• The phone number you provide is yours, or you are authorized to consent to contact at it. Submitting someone else's number is a breach of these terms.
• You are 18 or older and legally able to enter into these terms.
• You will not submit through automated means, scrape the site, probe it for vulnerabilities, or use it to send anything unlawful.

Calls and texts

Checking the consent box gives Forevenza, a brand of Tempered Technologies LLC, your prior express written consent to contact you at the number provided, including by automated technology. It is not a condition of purchasing anything, and you can decline it and still use the rest of the site. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to a text to stop texts. See our Privacy Policy for every way to opt out and for who receives your information.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, that signal data will be accurate or current, or that any provider will contact you, make you an offer, or perform any work.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, property damage, or the acts or omissions of any provider, arising out of your use of this site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred United States dollars ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of information you submitted that was not accurate or not yours to give, including a phone number you were not authorized to provide.

Intellectual property

The text, design and code of this site are ours or our licensors'. NOAA and National Weather Service data is used under the terms applicable to United States government works. You may not copy or reuse the site's content except as the law allows.

Changes, termination and disputes

We may change these terms by posting a revised version and updating the date above. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the change. We may suspend or discontinue the site, or refuse a submission, at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot be waived under applicable law.
